Wednesday, September 11 - October 30 at 6:00pm. WHAM stands for weight, health and movement, all vital components in optimum health.  Celebrated personal trainer Dorian Johnson will focus on achieving results by utilizing delicious food, personalized exercise goals and visualization practice.  Leave each class with a weekly plan and build toward a more balanced inner and outer you.  Class size is limited. Registration is $30.00 per person and includes a notebook to track progress.
