Sunday, June 10 at 1:00pm. Artist and author Mym Tuma will discuss her recent memoir, An Embryo of Tim, which looks at her seven-year relationship and correspondence with Georgia O’Keeffe, as well as discussing her own work and influence. Ms. Tuma studied at Northwestern, Stanford and New York University before setting up her studio on Lake Chapala, in Mexico. She is a charter member of the National Museum of Women in the Arts and works on the East End of Long Island. Some examples of her sculptured paintings are at the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden, in Washington, DC.
