History of the Tiana Life-Saving Station

Julie B. Green, historian for the Town of Southampton, will talk about the "surfmen" of the life-saving stations along the Eastern Seaboard and the part that the Tiana Coast Guard Station has played, from rescues to patrolling and securing the coast during WWII to its current historic restoration.
