While it’s still an historically good time to be a homebuyer on the East End, the advent of the new Community Preservation Tax brings added advantages for first time homebuyers, including greater exemptions and even potential grant programs. Lisa Sicurelli, President & CEO, Ambassador Abstract, LLC and Sal Cataldo,  Esq., O’Doherty & Cataldo will discuss your options and show you how to be best prepared to buy your first home.
