Program Description

Event Details

May is National Salsa Month, the condiment that overtook the sale of ketchup way back in 1991. Salsa’s origins can be traced back to the Aztec, Mayan and Incas civilizations.  Al Zavala of Funcho’s will talk about and demonstrate how to make salsa, with a salsa-forward lunch menu to match!

Registration is required and seating is limited. Approved masks covering mouth and nose are required for all unvaccinated patrons while in the library, and while participating in library programs.
