Event Details

Thursday, August 6 at 12:00pm. Marty Schneit brings a remarkable time, place and people back to life by detailing the history of the Borscht Belt, a place where just about every comedian, including Red Buttons, George Burns, Rodney Dangerfield, Sid Caesar, Henny Youngman and Milton Berle got their start. Visit (or revisit) Old Route 17, Red Apple Rest, Bungalow Colonies, Grossingers, Concord and Kutcher’s. It’s an armchair trip that you don’t want to miss.
