Raven of The Village Cheese Shop will show you how to make a perfect (and perfectly delicious) cheese platter, from choosing the best cheeses (hint: exotic isn’t required) to avoiding common mistakes. Join us to taste and learn. You will be provided with a list of suggested cheeses and other cheese platter accompaniments when you register. Registrants will also have a chance to win a gift certificate to the Village Cheese Shop.
