The High Line is the jewel of New York City destination gardens, a soaring green oasis in an ocean of cement, a vibrant reimagining of a city artifact. Roxanne
Zimmer of Cornell Cooperative Extension will look at the landscape lessons from the creation of the High Line that can be transposed to Long Island gardens, including the use of native plants and grasses.
