It can be challenging to stick to a healthy diet during the holiday season with all the parties, family dinners, and tempting festive desserts,plus the stress of  planning, shopping, and food preparation! Join Stony Brook Southampton Hospital’s Registered Dietitian, Paula Montagna, MS, RD, CDN, as she demonstrates how to make nutritious, delicious appetizers and shares tips on reducing stress throughout the holiday season. Participants will enjoy samples, and also receive the recipes to create these dishes at home.
