Program Description

Event Details

Thursday, October 10 at 12:00pm. Take a ghostly journey through Long Island’s history with Kerriann Flanagan Brosky, author of the Ghosts of Long Island books, including, most recently, Historic Haunts of Long Island: Ghosts and Legends from the Gold Coast to Montauk Point. Meet the ghosts among us, including the spirits of the Execution Rocks Lighthouse, where Revolutionary War Patriots were brutally tortured and killed by the British during the Battle of Long Island, to the otherworldly tenants of popular gathering places such as Bayport’s Grey Horse Tavern and the Cutchogue Village Green. Join us for a spirited perspective on Long Island history!

Registration required.
