Thursday, April 15 from 10:00-11:00am. For parents with children ages 1-4.

We live in a sleep-deprived nation. Let's talk about naps. Are they important and necessary for a toddler's development? How many hours should a toddler sleep at night? Learn how to make naptime and bedtime pleasurable experiences for everyone.
