Prenatal yoga class is a wonderful opportunity for pregnant women to connect and celebrate their changing bodies and growing babies. Yoga is a perfect way to restore and relax at all stages of motherhood, as well as prepare your body and mind for childbirth.
No prior experience necessary. Please have a mat, pillow and calming music so you can be comfortable during the Zoom meeting.
