Thursdays, July 9 - September 3 at 5:30pm. Join Instructor Joelle Kelly in a gentle Lu Jong yoga class geared for all levels led via Zoom. Lu Jong is a gentle style of Tibetan yoga. Have a yoga mat and cushion available if needed for seated work. Registration is $29.00 for the course.
