Mondays, January 13 – February 24 (excluding January 20 & February 17) at 9:30am. These are gentle classes geared for all levels.

Tuesdays, January 7 - February 25 at 9:30am. Registration is $36.00 for the course. Instructor: Danielle Cheeseman

This class offers an opportunity to bond with your baby (pre-walkers only) and other new parents, nourish yourself and discover tools to support you in the parenting journey.

February 13, 27 from 9:30-10:15am.
