Tuesdays, March 26 - April 16 at 6:00pm. This 4-part class with celebrated personal trainer Dorian Johnson will focus on the full experience, from super foods to motivation to the best exercise for you. Each participant will receive a notebook and pen to take notes and track progress and participate in the accompanying exercises. Class size is limited.
Program to be held at Westhampton Presbyterian Church.
