Saturday, October 26 at 12:00pm. As editorial director of Rise Magazine, Rachel Blustain has worked extensively with parents to tell personal stories about their lives, families and experiences in the child welfare system. Participants in this workshop will read excerpts from memoirs and literature about being a parent, and write a short piece about a parenting triumph or challenge, with the opportunity for sharing. Learn how journaling/writing can help parents make sense of their greatest parenting challenges.
