Make your own fiesta wreath in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month! Register to receive a kit with brightly colored tissue paper, pipe cleaners, and a wreath base to place your paper flowers on. Participants will also have access to a video demonstration of Librarian Colleen creating her own wreath! $3.00 materials fee.
