Event Details

GREAT GIVE BACK COAT DRIVE: Friday, September 1 - Friday, October 20. Donate your gently used coats to the Library and we will deliver them to those in need at Maureen’s Haven. Earn half an hour for every acceptable coat for a maximum of two hours.

GREAT GIVE BACK BOOK DRIVE: Friday, September 1 - Friday, October 20. Donate books in good condition to the Library and we will bring them to the Book Fairies. “The Book Fairies source and redistribute books to under-resourced communities on Long Island, NYC, and internationally to provide equitable opportunities for children to learn, grow, and thrive.” Teens will earn one hour for every four acceptable books donated for a maximum of two hours.
