Stroke Awareness and Prevention with Stony Brook Southampton Hospital

Know the signes of a stroke? Dr. Olga McAbee, Director of Neurology and the Stroke Center at Stony Brook Southampton Hospital, will speak about the different types and the causes of strokes, and how to spot a stroke in its early stages to know when it's time to call 911. Acting quickly to seek medical attention can make all the difference for a successful recovery. Be aware of the signes for yourself - and for your friends and loved ones.
