Mondays March 6, 13, 20 and 27; and April 3, 10, 17 and 24 at 12:00pm

Join us for this evidence-based falls prevention program! Learn to manage falling, set realistic goals to increase activity while reducing the fear of falling, and improve strength and balance through exercise. This 8-week group workshop is held in-person at the Westhampton Free Library and is offered in collaboration with Stony Brook Southampton Hospital and Oasis Rehabilitation and Nursing.
