Embracing and expressing ourselves through simple and fun meditative art activities can increase our self-compassion, feelings of joy, and help us with relaxation. During this class, students will be guided through a series of exercises designed to quiet and calm the mind, let go of our inner critic, and allow creative freedom to flow through us.
