Join us on a journey into the fascinating world of owls! Discover how owls use their specialized powers of sight, vision, and flight to survive in the wild. See how owl feathers are uniquely designed to reduce the sound they make when they fly. Examine replicas of owl eggs and skulls up close and compare their differences. Touch and feel owl wings and talons and be amazed by their texture and function. Learn what owls you can find right here on Long Island and how you can locate them. Finally, meet two live owls up close and have the opportunity to touch them and have your picture taken alongside them.
For all ages. Registration required.
