Thursday, September 26 at 7:00pm at the Library. Using sound meditation, Tim Spillane leads a session incorporating sound (vibration) frequencies to bring the body, mind, emotions, and spirit back into balance while promoting healing. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. $6.00 to register. Limited registration.
