Taste the Tradition: A Kimchi Demo and Tasting

Kick off the Lunar New Year with a celebration of culture and community inspired by New York Times food writer Erica Kim's kimchi class. Our live kimchi-making demonstration will walk you through each stage of making this iconic Korean dish. Sample several varieties of kimchi and take home a lucky red envelope with a sweet treat to welcome a prosperous New Year!
