The impact of coronary artery disease, the leading cause of death for women in the U.S., has long been underestimated. Dr. John P. Reilly, chief of cardiology at Stony brook Southampton Hospital, will discuss common misconceptions about heart disease in women, contributing risk factors and treatment options, and suggestions for healthy lifestyle changes.
