Description

Non-Violent Communication (NVC), also known as "a language for life", is more than just an effective way to learn to communicate with others in a way that leads to more mutual fulfillment of needs and cooperation. It also trains us in a wonderful new way of relating to life, leading to more personal peace and fulfillment. Through practice, we learn to relate to ourselves and others, moment to moment, free of past reactions and judgments. By learning to identify your needs and express them powerfully, as well as bring understanding to the needs of others, you can stay connected to what is alive in you in the present moment, and create a life that is more fulfilling. This method is useful for anyone at all who engages with other people in any area of their life especially parents, managers, or those who struggle with passivity as well as conflict, anger, aggression, or dominance in their relationships.
