Playing with scarves is a lot of fun, but did you know that it can also help your child prepare for learning to read? Use your imagination to begin your adventures at the library with fun stories, movement, and scarf play!

The Westhampton Free Library is pleased to host the BFREE Coalition, offering free prenatal, postpartum, and breastfeeding support and resources. New and expecting moms, along with family members, are welcome to attend.

Great adventures begin with stories! Let’s go on a bear hunt, climb mountains, and have outside adventures at the library. We will be creating crafts to round out these fun journeys.

July 23- Adventures via Transportation: Let’s make some boats and race them!

The whole family will sing along with Brady’s award-winning entertainment.

Little ones aged 18 months to 4 years embark on an exciting journey of movement and discovery! In this dynamic class, children engage in playful activities designed to enhance coordination, balance, and creativity.  

Join Happy Feet for a combination of mellow and high-energy parent-guided movement and stimulation for babies ages 0-12 months. Musical instruments will be provided.

Adventure awaits at every turn as we explore the unexplored at the Idea Place National Forest! Earn a new “badge” each week for your ranger pin board.

Do you love reading? Do you have a competitive spirit? Then join our team for this year’s Battle of the Books!

Join Ms. Colleen in storytime adventures across the Spanish and English languages. Storytimes include stories on animals, counting, and colors, and more! Children must be accompanied by a parent/caregiver. Registration required.

For ages 9 months to 17 months.

Learn through play with singing, dancing, fingerplays and more!

For ages 18 months to 5 years (not yet in kindergarten).

Children and caregivers will experience a different, thematic play theme each session. The themes include construction, dentist, post office, and restaurant.

This is not your ordinary juggling show!

Tuesdays at 5:30 pm at the Village Gazebo (Inclement weather venue: Westhampton Beach Middle School Cafetorium, 340 Mill Road, Westhampton Beach). 

Get your bling on!  Let’s play this fancy version of bingo where the prizes are glitzy and bedazzled. 

Come ready to bond with your baby through music and movement. We will learn through sensory exploration, social games, and interactive play activities.
