Friday, January 19 at 12:00pm. You’ve always been active, but proper exercise and nutrition become a challenge as you age and your body’s needs change.  It can be difficult to stay committed to a healthy lifestyle – Deb Jensen, PTA from the Ed & Phyllis Davis Wellness Institute at Stony Brook Southampton Hospital will talk about the different types of activities and exercise modalities that are great for staying actively well.  She will demonstrate different exercises for keeping both the mind and the body in harmony, with audience participation.
