Event Details

Monday, July 29 – Thursday, August 1 from 9:00-11:00am at Rogers Beach. Learn about ocean water safety and rescue techniques consistent with New York State Ocean Lifeguard requirements. For age groups: 11-12; or 13-15. Participants should be able to swim 100 yards in 2 minutes, tread water for 3 minutes and swim underwater for 25 yards; evaluations will be held on the 1st day.
