Thursday, September 19 at 7:00pm. Back pain is one of the single leading causes of disabilities worldwide and is one of the most common reasons for missed work. It is estimated that approximately 80 percent of our population will experience a back problem sometime in their life. Peconic Bay Medical Center’s Director of Neurosurgery Dr. Robert Galler, who is also the Director of Neurosurgical Spine for Northwell Health’s Eastern Region, will discuss back pain and solutions to alleviate severe back pain.
