Dr. Stanley Katz, Peconic Bay Medical Center’s Chair of Cardiology and Chief of Interventional Cardiology, is nationally known for his cardiology expertise and has been instrumental in planning Peconic Bay Medical Center’s new Cardiac Care Center, named the Kanas Regional Heart Center. The Heart Center will feature “cath labs,” the first facilities of their kind on the East End, which have the potential to save hundreds of lives each year. You will learn about cardiac ailments and their treatment, tips to maintain a healthy heart and the importance of “cath labs.”
