Sundays, November 23 and December 14, 21 from 1:00-2:00pm.
Join us for an introductory martial arts lesson with Master John Kim from Studio Moodo. The class touches upon basic kicking and punching, self-defense, target training, meditation, and mutual respect. Ultimately, the goal is to empower our children and build confidence.
For grades K-3 Registration required.
