Although most people with COVID-19 get better within weeks of illness, some people experience post-COVID conditions (sometimes called long or chronic COVID). Stony Brook Southampton Hospital’s Chief Medical Officer, Fredric I. Weinbaum, MD will talk about this syndrome, who is at risk, symptoms and treatment, and possible long-term effects, followed by a Q&A.
