Program Description

Event Details

Mondays, January 22 and February 26 from 4;00-4:45 pm.

Join Ms. Shannon for a series of learning about different emotions and utilizing social emotional learning. This will be an opportunity for children to learn about their emotions, why we may feel them, and how to cope with the ones that may not feel too great. This will be achieved by reading a story about a specific feeling, discussing the positives and negatives of this feeling, and doing a craft activity about the feeling. A Little Scribble Spot by Diane Alber will be the book in January and A Little Spot Of Happiness by Diane Adler in February.

Registration is required.
