Friday, February 8 at 12:00pm. Check with Library for location. Geriatric medicine is a specialty that focuses on the prevention and treatment of disability and disease in older adults. Charles Guida, MD, board certified in Geriatrics, on staff at Stony Brook Southampton Hospital, and the Medical Director of the Hamptons Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, will speak on issues of interest to older adults, including ways to maximize health and wellness as we grow older.
