Menopause can be a challenging time for many women, filled with uncomfortable symptoms such as hot flashes, sleep disruption, mood disorders, irregular periods and other quality-of-life issues.  Dr. Patricia Snyder, an Obstetrics and Gynecology physician with Stony Brook Medicine, will discuss the menopausal transition process, including options for relief from the most challenging symptoms.
