Mondays, March 10 and 17 and April 7 and 21. In March, celebrate Mardi Gras and St. Patrick's Day’s ancient beginnings with these two delicious snacks! Throughout April, learn about the spring solstice and the reason why we decorate eggs for early spring holidays.
