Monday, May 18 at 9:30am. Join librarian and yoga instructor Juliana Podd in a one-on-one 15 minute yoga session via Zoom.

Do you have questions about how to perform a posture correctly?  Do you need help adapting a posture for your individual body?  Do you want to understand exactly what is meant by the yamas and niyamas in the practice of yoga? Do you want to try a routine to address a particular area? Sign up for a live 15 minute help session.  Bring your questions!
