Mondays 4/1, 4/29 and Thursday, 4/11 from 4:30-5:00 pm.
Children are invited to explore the facets of yoga in their own unique style. The classes will incorporate breath, movement, and history of yoga, all shared in fun and introspective ways. These techniques can help learn to respond vs. react and to calm the mind and body. Please provide your child with water and a mat.
Registration required. Please note, if you need to cancel your registration please contact the library. This will ensure you do not lose your spot in the current sessions of the program series.
