Mondays, April 6 - 27 (excluding April 13) at 9:30am. These are gentle classes geared for all levels. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. Instructor: Amy Hess.

Join Instructor Amy in a yoga class on Zoom! Registrants from the month of March will receive a link to the session each week.
