Wednesday, July 10 – August 28 at 5:30pm at the Library. Celebrated personal trainer Dorian Johnson will focus on the full reset experience, incorporating nutrition, lifestyle, mindset and exercise behaviors to improve all aspects of health. Participants will also learn
strategies for adopting clean eating, which exercises can maximize your results in the shortest time frame and best recovery techniques to keep you firing on all cylinders.
