Wednesday, January 15 and February 19 at 5:30pm. Center yourself for the New Year as Tim Spillane guides you through sound meditation, a practice that uses sound (vibration) frequencies to bring the body, mind, emotions, and spirit back into balance while promoting healing. Bring a yoga mat, firm cushion/pillow, water and wear comfortable clothes. Registration is $15 for both; $10 per class.
