Saturdays, November 9, 23 from 1:00-2:00pm.
Introductory martial arts lessons with Master John Kim from Studio Moodo. The class touches upon basic kicking and punching, self-defense, target training, meditation, and mutual respect. Ultimately, the goal is to empower our children and build confidence.
