Mondays May 6, 20 and June 10 from 4:30-5:00pm.
Children are invited to explore the facets of yoga in their own unique style. The classes will incorporate breath, movement and history of yoga, all shared in fun and introspective ways. These techniques can be helpful in learning to respond vs. react, and to calm the mind and body. Please provide your child with water and a mat.
Registration required. One patron registration per library card.
