Wednesdays, October 9, 30 from 4:30-5:00 pm.
Children are invited to explore the facets of yoga in their own unique style. The classes will incorporate breath, movement, and history of yoga, all shared in fun and introspective ways. These techniques can be helpful in learning to respond vs. react and to calm the mind and body. Please provide your child with water and a mat.
