Thursday, January 11 – February 22 at 5:30pm Lu Jong is an ancient Tibetan movement practice (yoga) developed for the purpose of self-healing with a focus on rhythmic breathing and flexibility of the spine to bring balance to body and mind. These simple yet powerful moves enable people to practice at the level of their ability to work toward more energy, balance, clarity and open-heartedness. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. Registration is $42 for 7 classes; $36 for 6 classes. Instructor: Joelle Kelly
