Prenatal yoga class is a wonderful opportunity for pregnant women to connect and celebrate their changing bodies and growing babies.Yoga is a perfect way to restore and relax at all stages of motherhood and to prepare your body and mind for childbirth. No prior experience necessary. Please bring a mat and pillow so you can be comfortable.
