Tuesdays, March 10, 24 and April 14, 28 from 6:00-7:15pm.

Prenatal yoga class is a wonderful opportunity for pregnant women to connect and celebrate their changing bodies and growing babies. Yoga is a perfect way to restore and relax at all stages of motherhood, as well as prepare your body and mind for childbirth. No prior experience necessary. Please bring a mat and pillow so you can be comfortable.
