Wednesdays, March 18 and April 15 at 5:30pm. Tim Spillane will lead guided sound meditation, a practice that uses sound (vibration) frequencies to bring the body, mind, emotions and spirit back into balance while promoting healing. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. Registration is $15.00 for both classes and $10.00 for one.
